Under direction, performs clerical and data entry duties to support efficient day-to-day operations of the Pathways HUB project such as: schedule meetings and appointments; order office, building and program supplies and prepare purchase orders accordingly; coordinate invoices, purchase orders, and supply tracking for supervisor’s review and approval; maintain computerized and non-computerized files; prepare correspondence, reports and draft letters for review as requested; Provide program support as required; Perform other related duties as assigned.
Completion of secondary education with course work in office practices and procedures and one (1) year experience in a clerical position utilizing computer skills or equivalent combination of training and/or experience. Proficient in Microsoft Applications/Computer Literacy. Summit County Residency. Fingerprint and background checks conducted.
$13.79 per Hour /$1,103.20 bi-weekly, (Pay Level 6)
