JOB SUMMARY
Under general supervision, able to complete a wide range of repairs and odd jobs, including general maintenance, upkeep and light fixture changes and/or repairs, installation and carpentry, sweep, dust, mop, wax floors, vacuum carpets, clean and sanitize restrooms, restock paper items, mirrors, furniture, assist with mail delivery, empty trash baskets, mow grass, shovel snow, clean grounds experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment, perform other related duties as assigned and required
REQUIREMENTS
Must have High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of six (6) months experience in custodial services; basic understanding of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems, basic math skills, good communication, attention to detail, well organized, apt at problem solving and demonstrated physical fitness (able to lift at least 30 lbs). Valid State of Ohio Driver’s License, as position requires minimal local travel; Criminal background checks conducted
PAY RATE
$13.57 p/hr, Pay Level 5

Child Development Centers are located throughout Summit County. Worksite assignments are based on program needs and subject to change during the course of employment
