Program Administrator - Neighborhood Development

JOB SUMMARY

Under general direction plans, develops, implements and monitors assigned community-driven initiatives by providing guidance and assistance to assure compliance with federal, state, local and agency regulations governing funded social service programs and/or services; provides, training, learning resources, and technical assistance in pursuit of quality community services; supervises and directs assigned staff and/or operations.  Works closely with others to identify neighborhoods in greatest need, identifies new initiatives, and designs strategies for alleviating neighborhood issues.    Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Completion of 4-year degree in social service, business administration or related discipline and two (2) years experience in community service operation or equivalent combinations of training and/or experience. State of Ohio Driver’s License and transportation (some/frequent travel required); weekends as needed and/or required; fingerprint & background checks conducted; Summit County residency

SALARY/HIRE RANGE

$26.60 (hourly)/ $55,328 annual (Pay Grade 27)
