Project Coordinator (Assistant to VP of Operations)

JOB SUMMARY

Under general supervision, provide administrative office management support to the Vice President of Operations for Social & Special Programs (Energy Assistant, Utility Assistance, Neighborhood Development) and Pathways HUB Program. Responsibilities include: perform complex and specialized administrative office management work of confidential nature; keep office organized; take and transcribe minutes, as assigned; compose correspondence; assist with preparation of clear and comprehensive reports; maintain confidential and complex files and records; analyze situations accurately and take/recommend effective action; research, gather and assemble data from various sources for reports and/or presentations; communicate effectively with management at various levels and the general public; schedule meetings and make travel arrangements; maintain office calendar; assist with planning and coordinating departmental meetings and activities; assist with special projects, as assigned; perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Completion of four-year degree in Human Services, Business Services, Social Work or related discipline or equivalent combinations of training/experience and two (2) years of experience working in a social service agency and in a position with responsibilities of office management; proficient computer/word processing aptitude (i.e. ability to work in MS Applications such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook); excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize workload, meet deadlines and possesses telephone/reception skills and letter and report preparation skills; valid State of Ohio Driver’s License and transportation (minimal travel may be required for training); criminal background checks, drug test and post-employment physical conducted.

PAY RATE

$35,776.00 - $44,699.20 Annualized (Pay Level 24) / Commensurate with experience
