Executive Assistant

Reports to

President/Chief Executive Officer 

Job Summary 

Under general direction, conducts office management functions within executive office; plans, develops, and coordinates executive office operations and activities; develops, implements, and monitors executive office policies and programs; conducts scheduling for the office of Chief Executive Officer; writes complex documentation. Serves as liaison with trustees and management as assigned; supervises front desk and telecommunications operations of corporate office. Coordinates other corporate office administrative functions as assigned. 

Requirements

Completion of college education with a four (4) year degree in business, office management or public administration, or related field with minimum of two (2) years of experience in a community service or business organization and/or equivalent combinations of training and/or experience; State of Ohio Driver's License and transportation (some local and periodic non-local travel required); fingerprint and criminal background checks conducted; Summit County residency 

salary

$55,390.40-$69,305.60 annualized (Pay Grade 26)
