Job Summary
Under general direction, plans, develops, implements, and monitors assigned agency programs and/or activities by providing guidance and assistance to assure compliance with federal, state, local, and agency regulations governing funded social service programs and/or services; provides training, learning resources, and technical assistance in pursuit of quality programming, and community services, supervises and directs assigned staff and/or operations. Develop, implement, and refine strategic marketing and outreach plans to increase community engagement, strengthen supported relationships, and further the organizations mission and program growth. Performs other related duties as required.
Requirements
Completion of BA Degree in Social Service, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline and 3-4 years supervisory experience in community service operation or equivalent combinations of training and/or experience. Valid State of Ohio Driver’s License and reliable transportation; criminal background checks, drug screening and post-employment physical conducted.
Pay Rate
$55,390.40 - $83,158.40 Annualized (Pay Level 26)
